Bottle Structure
Define capacity, silhouette, wall weight, shoulder profile, base stability and neck finish before decoration begins.
Custom Glass Packaging
Customization is not only printing a logo. It is the coordinated decision of bottle structure, glass color, surface treatment, decoration method, closure system, label or box design and the approved sample standard for bulk production.

Customization Scope
A good custom package is built as a system. Each decision below affects sample cost, MOQ, lead time, filling compatibility, shelf presentation and inspection standards.
Define capacity, silhouette, wall weight, shoulder profile, base stability and neck finish before decoration begins.
Select clear, amber, green, flint, frosted, coated or sprayed glass according to product visibility and shelf positioning.
Map artwork to the decoration area and choose printing, hot stamping, label, embossing or mixed decoration methods.
Match caps, pumps, sprayers, droppers, lids, liners and seals to fill product, torque, leakage risk and user experience.
Plan pressure-sensitive labels, sleeves, gift boxes, inserts and carton systems around the bottle shape and sales channel.
Confirm appearance, closure compatibility, sealing, decoration durability and carton packing before bulk production is released.
Decoration & Finish System
Frosting, coating, printing and metallic decoration should be selected around the product formula, usage environment, shelf lighting and the buyer's approval standard. The same bottle can feel technical, premium, natural or retail-ready depending on this combination.

Sampling Control
This process is focused on customization control, not general order processing. It keeps artwork, surface finish, closure compatibility and production inspection aligned before the bulk run starts.
Confirm product type, fill behavior, volume, sales channel, target order and customization level.
Choose an existing bottle, adjust an available mold or define a new custom mold when needed.
Shortlist glass color, coating, frosting, print method, cap material and decoration placement.
Prepare artwork proof, closure compatibility check and physical sample for appearance and handling approval.
Record the approved bottle, finish, print, closure, label and packing details for bulk reference.
Control incoming glass, decoration color, closure compatibility, packing method and final inspection criteria.

Technical Brief
The fastest projects start with a complete brief. If some details are not fixed yet, we can still recommend a path, but the sample standard should be locked before bulk production.
Decision Matrix
Custom packaging decisions should be visible to procurement, brand and production teams at the same time. This matrix shows the practical reason each area needs an approval standard.
