Quality Gates
Glass packaging has many variables: weight, neck finish, decoration position, closure fit, carton spacing and transport loads. Agree on the relevant checks, acceptance criteria and inspection responsibilities before placing an order.
Agree on capacity, weight, finish dimensions, glass distribution, stability and carton-fit requirements, supported by the selected drawing and samples.
Specify compatibility, sealing and usability checks for the selected assembly; agree on application-torque requirements and verification methods for threaded closures.
Approve appearance references and agree on color, decoration position, label alignment, tolerances and acceptance criteria.
Define dividers, carton requirements, pallet layout, marks and loading method; agree on inspections or tests and the records required before shipment.
Risk Control
Address unclear specifications, untested closures, decoration feasibility and packing decisions during planning. Document approved requirements and the procedure for any later changes.
Lock the specification basis before comparing prices.
Record bottle, finish, closure and packing as one approved standard.
Check neck finish, liner, sealing method and product compatibility together, including application torque for threaded closures.
Confirm print area, color tolerance and handling durability before bulk production.

Export Release
Glass packaging needs export planning before cartons are sealed. Packing decisions protect the approved product, reduce breakage risk and keep the shipment traceable.
Specify dividers, inserts and carton performance for the filled package and shipping route; confirm the packing design and any required tests.
We assess corner guards, wrapping, straps and stacking arrangements for the selected load and route, and agree a suitable pallet plan with you.
List the packing records, carton marks, loading photos and shipping documents you require, and we will agree on responsibilities with you and your freight forwarder.
