Aromatherapy and spa products lean on calm, organic forms, and an arched body with a curved, weighted base gives exactly that — a soft, flowing silhouette that feels restful and premium on a spa shelf or bathroom counter.
Functionally it is a flexible base bottle: fit a dropper for dosed essential-oil blends or a pump for free-flowing massage and body oils. We supply it in amber, frosted, violet and flint glass, with matching droppers and pumps from 30 ml to 200 ml.
Typical fills are aromatherapy and diffuser oils, massage and body oils, bath and wellness oils, facial and carrier oils, and relaxation blends. The bottle suits both dropper-dosed concentrates and pump-dispensed oils, so a brand can run one shape across a whole range. It is popular with spa and treatment-room suppliers, natural-wellness retailers and gift-set programs where the bottle shape is part of the presentation.
The curved, arched body has a standard 18–20 mm neck that accepts either a dropper or a pump. The broad front face gives a generous label or print panel, and the curved base is engineered for stable seating when filled. Amber and violet glass screen light for volatile oils, frosting gives a soft spa look, and flint is used where the color of the oil is part of the appeal.
Oils are filled cold, with headspace allowing the dropper stem or pump dip tube to enter; dip-tube length is matched to the curved interior so the pump empties the bottle. Essential and massage oils can attack some plastics, so bulb, pump and liner materials should suit the specific oils. Light-sensitive blends are best kept in amber or violet glass. The bottle is formed by blow-and-blow, with the arched body and curved base defined in the blow mold. Amber and violet colors come from the glass batch; frosting is applied after forming. The neck is gauged for dropper or pump fit. We decorate with screen printing, frosting, foil stamping and labels, and can match dropper collars, pump finishes and caps to your range.
