Bellissima Extra-Tall Bottles

Most bottles are designed to be squat and stable; the Bellissima does the opposite and makes height the whole design idea. Its slim, elongated silhouette looks elegant and expensive and is hard to miss on a shelf or back bar, exactly what a statement product needs.

It gives up a little packing and handling efficiency in return for presence, and is chosen where standing out and looking premium outweigh logistics.

We supply Bellissima bottles for premium spirits and liqueurs, fine and dessert wine, limoncello and other infusions, and flavored or finishing oils and vinegars. The format is common in duty-free, gift and prestige lines and limited editions, and in delicatessen and farm-shop ranges where a tall, clear bottle shows off the product’s color. Bars use it for house infusions and signature serves on the back bar.

A long, slim body is finished for a bar-top cork, an ROPP cap or a guala pourer. The height raises the center of gravity, so the base, weighted on some versions, and the wall balance are engineered for stability. Tall labels and decoration run the length of the body, which makes straightness and an even wall important for a clean look.

Tall, slim bottles are less stable on the line and in the case, so set guides, starwheels and partitions for the bottle’s height, and check fill height over the taller liquid column. Cork and guala closures need an accurate neck finish. Tall cartons and careful pallet loading protect the bottles in transit.

Bellissima bottles are formed by blow-and-blow or NNPB; the tall body needs a well-tuned forming cycle to keep the wall even over its height. Bottles are annealed and coated, with the finish gauged for the chosen closure and the base checked for stable seating.

Frosting, screen print, hot stamping and custom tints are available, along with matching corks and pourers.
