Bubble glass is made with controlled air bubbles trapped within the glass, a technique used to give a handmade, artisanal character. In an urn-shaped candle vessel those bubbles scatter the flame into countless tiny points of light and make each piece look individually crafted, which is exactly the appeal for premium and craft candle brands.
The urn silhouette — a generous, slightly tapered body — gives the candle a sculptural, statement presence beyond a plain tumbler.

An urn-shaped body in bubble glass, with the bubbles formed during manufacture for a textured, light-scattering effect, and an opening sized for the wax and wick. Tinting, smoking or frosting can be added. Despite the bubbles, the glass is properly annealed candle-grade glass.
Pour wax warm into a room-temperature urn. The bubble texture is decorative and the vessel burns like any container candle when correctly wicked; surface temperature is kept safe per candle-safety testing. Because the texture varies the wall slightly, well-controlled annealing is important, and pieces are inspected for sound walls.
Bubble glass is produced by introducing controlled bubbles during forming (for example via the gob or mold), then annealed thoroughly given the textured wall. Tinting and frosting are applied as required. Wall soundness, base stability and rim quality are the QC focus.

Clear or amber glass, sprayed color, frosting, embossing and decoration are checked against shelf presentation and light protection.
Carton partitions, pallet pattern, loading plan and shipping marks are planned for long-distance transport and warehouse handling.
