A flared conical base under a clean cylindrical body gives this diffuser bottle a contemporary, pedestal-like footing. The detail lifts an otherwise simple bottle and gives a reed-loaded vessel a steady, planted stance, a look that suits modern interiors.
Functionally it is a classic reed diffuser: a narrow neck limits reed exposure and controls how strongly the fragrance throws, while the bottle stays on display for weeks.
We supply conical-base bottles to modern home-fragrance and lifestyle brands, designer collections, spa and wellness lines, and hotels and retailers using diffusers for ambience. The round body takes wrap-around labels or screen printing, and the distinctive base makes the bottle easy to recognize across a range. It also works well in gift sets with reeds and a matching candle, and in refill programs where the bottle is kept.
The bottle has a straight cylindrical body that steps out into a thick, flared conical base, with a narrow screw neck on top. The base is solid glass, which lowers the center of gravity and adds weight in the hand. An LDPE reducer plug and screw cap seal the bottle for transit. Flint glass shows the base clearly; frosting or spray color suits a softer look.
Diffuser bases combine solvent and fragrance, and some solvents attack certain plastics, so we supply solvent-resistant plugs and caps and recommend a short leak test with your oil. Fill cold, seat the plug fully and cap to a consistent torque. Factor the wider base footprint into carton dividers. Advise end users to protect surfaces from oil marks when inserting reeds.
Bottles are blow-and-blow formed with the conical base and neck defined in the mold, then annealed, with even glass through the base as the main forming target. We gauge the bore so the reducer plug seals for shipping and apply frosting, spray color, printing or foil to your artwork.
