Oil cleansing — dissolving makeup and sunscreen with an oil before a water-based cleanse — is a cornerstone of Korean and Japanese skincare that has gone global. These free-flowing oils are best dispensed with a pump, and a tall cylindrical glass bottle gives them a clean, modern home.
The simple cylinder is a deliberate choice: it labels and wraps without distortion, sits comfortably in one hand for pumping, and lets the oil and the brand do the talking.
Typical fills are cleansing and micellar oils, makeup-removing oils, facial oils, body and bath oils, liquid pre-cleanse formulas and lightweight serums. The format is strongly associated with K-beauty and J-beauty cleansing routines, and it is equally at home in Western clean-beauty and spa cleansing ranges. The 100–250 ml range covers travel, standard retail and value sizes within one consistent bottle family.
A tall round body carries a 24 mm pump neck and a lotion or treatment pump, usually lockable for travel. The round section keeps the wall even and the bottle robust, and a pronounced base adds stability on a wet bathroom shelf. Flint shows the oil’s color, frosting gives a softer spa look, and amber protects light-sensitive botanical oils. Full-wrap labels and shrink sleeves apply cleanly to the cylinder.
Oils are filled cold; the dip tube reaches the base and headspace allows priming. Some oils can swell certain gasket and pump plastics, so pump components should suit your specific formula — many cleansing oils are designed to be pump-friendly. Pump output is matched to the oil’s viscosity so each stroke delivers a controlled amount. Send us your formula and target dose and we’ll pair a pump and supply samples for testing.
The bottle is formed by blow-and-blow or NNPB, with the cylinder and neck defined in the molds. It is annealed and surface-coated, and the pump finish is gauged so the pump seals and primes. The pump is a separate component matched to the neck and the oil. We offer frosting, spray coating, screen printing, labels and shrink sleeves, with pump collars in black, white, clear or metallized finishes.
