Overview & background
Thick condiments such as oyster sauce are notoriously hard to dispense — too viscous to pour cleanly, prone to running down the bottle and gluing the cap shut. Fitting a dosing pump to a sturdy glass bottle solves this directly, delivering a measured shot of sauce with one press and keeping the neck clean.
The cylindrical body is chosen for strength and stability under the repeated downward force of pumping, and for a no-nonsense, refillable kitchen look.
