A nail polish wall is a sea of small bottles, so brands look for ways to stand out, and molding a diamond or faceted pattern into the glass is an effective, low-cost one. The relief catches the light and sparkles next to the polish color, hints at glamour and gives a small bottle extra grip.
Because the pattern is in the glass itself, it differentiates the bottle without an extra decoration step and lasts the whole life of the product.
These bottles hold nail polish and lacquer, glitter and effect polishes, gel and treatment coats, and limited or seasonal color collections. They suit premium and gift nail ranges, nail-art brands and salon retail displays where a jewel-like shelf presence helps a collection read as a set. A matching plain bottle in the same size can carry base and top coats alongside the decorated color range.
A small vial with a molded diamond or facet pattern has a thick, weighted base for stability and a 13 mm or 15 mm nail-lacquer neck for a brush cap and wiper. The relief varies wall thickness slightly, so the tooling keeps the wall sound where the pattern is deepest. Clear glass shows the polish color through the facets, and caps can be matched in glossy, matte or metallized finishes.
Nail lacquers are solvent-based, so the cap, brush, wiper and liner must all be solvent-resistant and filling must handle the volatile solvent appropriately. Fill level is set so the brush reaches the polish as the bottle empties. The embossed high points take impacts first, so line handling and packing should protect them. Tell us your lacquer system and we’ll supply fitted samples for pickup and sealing tests.
The bottle is press-and-blow or NNPB formed in a patterned mold that creates both the diamond relief and the heavy base. The brush cap and wiper are separate components matched to the neck; neck finish and wiper seat are checked, along with even wall through the pattern. We can develop alternative relief patterns, and add screen printing, labels or custom cap colors to complete a collection.
