A small vial with a molded diamond/facet pattern, a thick weighted base for stability and a nail-lacquer neck for a brush cap and wiper. The relief slightly varies wall thickness, so tooling keeps the wall sound where the pattern is deepest. Clear glass shows the polish color through the faceting.
Nail lacquers are solvent-based, so cap, brush, wiper and liner must be solvent-resistant and filling handles the volatile solvent appropriately. Fill level is set so the brush reaches the polish as the bottle empties. The embossed high points take impact first, so handling protects them.
Press-and-blow or NNPB forming with a patterned mold creates the diamond relief and the heavy base. The brush cap and wiper are separate components matched to the neck. Neck-finish accuracy and the wiper seat are checked, along with even wall through the pattern.
