Disc-Top & Flip-Top Dispensing Caps

Disc-top and flip-top caps are designed for one-handed dispensing of pourable and squeezable products. A disc-top has a small disc you press down on one side to open the orifice; a flip-top has a hinged lid you flick up with a thumb. Both reseal positively, so the product does not leak in a bag or weep around the cap between uses.

They are the everyday closures of the bathroom and kitchen — shampoo, body wash, lotion, sauce — giving controlled, mess-free flow without the cost or priming of a pump.

Shampoo and conditioner, body wash and shower gel, lotions and creams, sauces and condiments, hand sanitiser and gels, hair and styling products, liquid soap and travel toiletries.

A PP or PE cap with either a press-down disc or a living-hinge flip lid, sealing the orifice with a plug or spout. The orifice size meters the flow for the product's viscosity. Tamper-evident bands are available, and in-mold color, hot stamping and spraying provide the finish.

Match the thread to the bottle finish and the orifice to the product viscosity — wider for thick lotions and sauces, narrower for runny products. Apply at controlled torque so the closure seals and the disc or flip operates cleanly. The hinge must survive repeated opening, and the closed cap should be leak-tight for transport.

Injection-molded in PP/PE, with the living hinge formed in the mold (flip-top) or the disc and seal assembled (disc-top). Decoration is in-mold or applied. Hinge durability, seal/plug fit and orifice consistency are the key quality checks.
