An iridescent aurora finish scatters light into shifting rainbow tones, and on a double-wall bottle it creates a luxurious, attention-grabbing object. The inner wall, visible as a contour through the outer glass, adds depth and a substantial feel, while the coating makes the bottle change color as it turns.
It is packaging built for spectacle: premium drinks, gifting and nightlife, where looking extraordinary on the shelf or in bottle service is the point.
We supply aurora bottles for premium ready-to-drink cocktails, shimmer and sparkling drinks, gift and limited-edition spirits, liqueurs and festive releases. Bars, clubs and bottle-service venues use them for signature serves, and the finish is popular for duty-free exclusives and holiday gift packs. Many customers keep the bottle afterward, which extends the brand’s life on the shelf at home. Smaller sizes suit gift sets and sampling.
The bottle is built with two glass walls and a sealed cavity between them; only the inner wall touches the drink. The iridescent pearlescent coating is applied to the flint outer surface after forming and cured. Necks are finished for an ROPP cap, a crown or a custom premium cap, and screen print or hot stamping can be added over the coating.
Still drinks and spirits fill at ambient temperature. For carbonated drinks, choose the crown or ROPP finish and counter-pressure filling, and ask us for the pressure data for your model. Avoid extreme temperature swings with double-wall glass. Protect the coated surface from scuffing on the line and in the case, and allow for the extra weight and size compared with a single-wall bottle.

Double-wall bottles are more specialized to produce than single-wall ones, as forming has to create and seal the cavity. After annealing, the iridescent coating is applied and cured in a decorating lehr, then print or hot stamping is added. We check coating coverage and adhesion and gauge every finish.
Custom coating tones, logos and matching premium caps are available, and we can quote foam-insert gift cartons with the bottle.

Choose from standard sizes or request a custom capacity. We supply drawings with tolerances, label panel dimensions and nominal and brimful capacity.
We match caps, liners, pumps, droppers and stoppers to the neck finish and check the seal against your contents and filling process.
