Euro Dropper Essential Oil Bottles

The Euro dropper bottle is built around an orifice reducer — a small LDPE insert pressed into the neck that releases oil one controlled drop at a time when the bottle is tipped. It gives consistent dosing without a glass pipette and slows the evaporation of volatile oils.

Because the 18 mm DIN neck is an industry standard, reducers and caps interchange across component suppliers, which has made this the universal essential-oil bottle worldwide. We supply amber as standard, plus cobalt blue, violet and flint.

Essential and carrier oils are the core market, along with aromatherapy and diffuser blends, fragrance oils, tinctures, flavor extracts and herbal oils. The format suits any volatile or potent liquid that needs controlled, drop-wise dispensing and a secure seal. Aromatherapy brands, natural-wellness ranges and private-label oil producers use it from 5 ml retail singles to 100 ml refill sizes, often in multi-bottle gift and starter kits.

A slim cylindrical body carries an 18 mm Euro neck that holds the orifice reducer; a tamper-evident or child-resistant cap screws over it. The reducer aperture sets the drop size, so we can offer different orifice sizes for thin essential oils and heavier carrier blends. Amber is the default for light protection; cobalt and violet glass are chosen for their look and additional light filtering, and flint where the oil color should show.

Bottles are filled cold, then the reducer is pressed in so it seats fully and cannot weep or be levered out. Citrus and other essential oils can attack some plastics, so reducer and cap-liner materials should suit the specific oils in your range. Volatile oils are light- and heat-sensitive: amber glass, a well-seated reducer and cool, dark storage keep them stable. The bottle is narrow-neck formed with a precise 18 mm bore so the reducer snaps in and holds. Amber color comes from the glass batch. After annealing, neck bore and thread are gauged for reducer and cap fit, which drives both dosing accuracy and seal integrity. We decorate with screen printing, frosting, foil stamping and labels, and can supply reducers pre-fitted or loose, with caps in standard or custom colors.
