Geometric Perfume Atomizers

Perfume bottles are designed to be objects of desire, and faceting the glass turns a simple bottle into something that behaves like a cut gemstone — refracting light and catching the eye on a dressing table. The geometric atomizer pairs that decorative cut with a practical, standardised spray system.

The FEA 15 crimp neck is the fragrance industry's standard collar: it lets a crimp-on spray pump and matching overcap be fitted to almost any bottle, so brands can focus on the glass design while using proven dispensing hardware.

Eau de parfum and eau de toilette, niche and designer fragrance, body and hair mists, gift and travel sprays and refillable perfumes. The format is common in prestige beauty, limited editions and duty-free.

A faceted or geometrically cut body with an FEA 15 crimp neck. A fine-mist spray pump is crimped onto the collar with an aluminum ferrule, and an overcap finishes the package. Extra-flint glass gives maximum sparkle; frosting, spraying and hot stamping are common premium decorations.

Fragrance is filled cold; the spray pump is crimped on after filling, and crimp quality determines the seal and spray performance. Alcohol-based fragrance is compatible with glass and most pump components, but the dip-tube length and pump output are matched to the bottle. Faceted edges are the impact-sensitive points, so handling and gift packing protect them.

Formed by blow-and-blow (or press-and-blow for heavy bases); the facets are defined in the blow mold, with care on glass distribution at the edges. Extra-flint clarity comes from low-iron batch chemistry. After annealing, the FEA 15 neck is gauged precisely so the crimp pump seals.
