Faceting turns a simple perfume bottle into something that behaves like a cut gemstone, refracting light and catching the eye on a dressing table. Our geometric atomizers pair that decorative cut with a practical, standardized spray system.
The FEA 15 crimp neck is the fragrance industry’s standard collar, so crimp-on spray pumps and matching overcaps from mainstream component makers fit directly. Brands can focus on the glass design while relying on proven dispensing hardware.
These bottles are used for eau de parfum and eau de toilette, niche and designer fragrance, body and hair mists, gift and travel sprays and refillable perfume. The faceted format is common in prestige beauty, limited editions and duty-free, where the bottle needs to stand out among many on a counter. Smaller 15 ml and 30 ml sizes work well for travel sprays and gift-set companions to a full-size flacon.
The faceted or geometrically cut body is formed with an FEA 15 crimp neck. A fine-mist spray pump is crimped onto the collar with an aluminum ferrule, and an overcap — plastic, metallized, zamac or wood — finishes the package. Extra-flint glass gives maximum sparkle through the facets, while frosting, spray coating and hot stamping are the most common premium decorations.
Fragrance is filled cold and the spray pump is crimped on afterwards; crimp quality determines both the seal and spray performance. Alcohol-based fragrance is compatible with glass and most pump components, and the dip-tube length and pump output are matched to each bottle. Faceted edges are the impact-sensitive points, so line handling and gift packing should protect them. We supply pump and overcap samples with the glass so you can run crimping trials.
The bottle is formed by blow-and-blow, or press-and-blow for heavier bases, with the facets defined in the blow mold and careful control of glass distribution at the edges. Extra-flint clarity comes from a low-iron batch. After annealing, the FEA 15 neck is gauged so the crimp pump seals. We can develop custom facet patterns in a dedicated mold and add frosting, gradient spraying, hot stamping or screen printing.
