Honey is delicious and notoriously messy to serve from a jar. The honey dispenser bottle solves the drip: a slim hexagonal body that nods to the honeycomb and gives a firm grip, topped with a dispensing closure that pours a controlled stream and shuts off cleanly.
It combines the heritage cue of honey packaging with a genuinely functional top, which is why it has become a popular alternative to the traditional honey jar.
Runny honey, agave and maple syrup, golden syrup, pancake and dessert syrups and other pourable sweet sauces. It suits café and hotel breakfast service as well as retail, anywhere a clean, controlled pour matters.
Set or creamed honey can’t pass through a dispensing top, so this format is for liquid grades and syrups; we pair set honey with our wide-mouth jars instead.
Six molded facets rise to a CT neck sized for a dispensing closure: a tapered spout cap, a flip-top, or a silicone valve that opens when the bottle is tipped and reseals to stop drips. The closure choice depends on the viscosity of your product and how it will be served.
Clear glass is standard so the honey color shows, and facets and any honeycomb embossing are defined in the mold.
Honey may be gently warmed to fill and stay pourable; avoid overheating the glass. Fit the dispensing top cleanly so it doesn’t weep in transit, and use a tamper band or induction seal for retail.
Liquid honey will still crystallize over time. Advise consumers to restore flow by warming the whole bottle in a water bath rather than microwaving it, and to clear a sticky spout with warm water.
The bottle is narrow-neck formed (blow-and-blow or narrow-neck press-and-blow), with the hexagonal blank mold defining the facets. The dispensing closure is a separate molded component fitted at filling, so neck dimensions are gauged to make sure it seats correctly, and the corners are checked for even wall thickness.
