Body scrubs and bath salts are dense, granular products used in the bath and shower, and their jar needs to feel as indulgent as the ritual. A faceted hexagonal jar in heavy glass does that — the facets catch the light and the jar feels substantial in the hand, turning a sugar or salt scrub into a spa experience.
The wide mouth is practical too: thick products are scooped rather than poured, so a broad opening makes the jar easy to use and to empty.
These jars hold body and sugar scrubs, salt scrubs and bath soaks, clay and mud masks, body butters and balms, and foot and hand treatments. They suit spa and wellness ranges, hammam and bath-ritual products, and gift sets where the jar is displayed after use. The 100–500 ml range covers trial sizes through to generous retail and treatment-room jars, all within one consistent hexagonal design.
The faceted hexagonal body carries a wide continuous-thread mouth and a screw cap over an inner disc. Heavy glass and generous corner radii give both the premium feel and the strength to carry dense contents. Caps come in metallized, black or bamboo to match luxury or natural positioning, and the flat facets give clean panels for labels or screen printing, with frosting and spray coating as popular finishes.
Scrubs and salts are filled cold. Salt and sugar absorb moisture, so the inner disc and a well-fitted cap are what keep humidity out and prevent clumping. Keep the sealing rim and threads free of grains during filling so the cap seats properly. Cap and liner materials should suit oily, salty or acidic formulas, and the faceted corners deserve care in handling. We can supply jars with discs and caps pre-assembled.
The hexagonal jar is press-and-blow formed with an even wall at the facets as the forming target, and annealing relieves stress at the corners. Frosting or spray coating is applied after forming, and the sealing rim is inspected because the inner disc and cap seal onto it. We offer screen printing, foil stamping and labels on the facets, plus cap materials and colors matched to your range.
