Hexagonal Mosaic Tealight Holders

A mosaic tealight holder turns a small candle into a source of patterned light. The hexagonal outline and raised mosaic panels break the flame into faceted glints across a table or wall, an effect rooted in Moroccan lanterns and stained-glass traditions.

It is a decorative holder rather than a candle: the buyer drops in a standard tealight, and the glass does the work of shaping the light.

The format suits Moroccan, boho and vintage-inspired interiors and seasonal collections, and it can also be poured with wax as a small container candle when the wick is matched to the cup. Sets of four or six in mixed tints are a popular gift format.

The holder is pressed in one piece with a mosaic pattern of raised panels molded into each of its six faces, above a solid, flat base. The interior is sized for a standard tealight with room around the flame for air. Clear glass gives a crisp, sparkling effect; tinted glass, color spray or metallic trim recreates the look of colored stained glass.

Use with a standard tealight in its own cup or with a matched votive. As with any open flame, place on a heat-safe surface away from drafts and flammable materials and never leave it unattended; the glass warms near the flame. If you pour wax directly into the holder, bring the glass to room temperature first and burn-test the wick in the finished candle.

Holders are pressed in a patterned mold and annealed, with checks on base stability, the corners of the hexagon and the fit of a standard tealight. We can apply tints, color spray or metallic trim and can develop a custom mosaic pattern on new tooling.
