Miniature Perfume Vial Samples

Fragrance is almost impossible to sell without letting people smell it, so sampling is central to the category, and the miniature spray or dab vial is how brands get a wearable trial into a customer's hands. The small glass vial is a faithful miniature of the real product — same juice, scaled-down bottle — rather than a paper strip.

Discovery and sampler sets built from these vials have become a sales channel in their own right, especially for niche fragrance bought online without a counter to test at.

Fragrance samples and discovery sets, travel and purse sprays, subscription perfume, niche fragrance sampling, promotional inserts, event favours and tester programs. The format makes trial affordable and portable.

A tiny glass body with a small crimp neck (FEA 11/13) for a micro spray pump, or a dab/screw neck for a roll or wand applicator. The decoratable area is very small, so branding is concise — a printed name or a tiny label. Sets are mounted on cards or trays.

Filled cold on high-count lines; with crimp-spray versions the micro pump is crimped on after filling and crimp quality sets the seal and spray. Fill accuracy matters at 1–2 ml where small variation is very visible. Alcohol-based fragrance is compatible with glass and standard micro-pump components.

Small vials are often formed from glass tubing on converting machines, or NNPB molded, for tight dimensional control at small size. The crimp or screw neck is gauged so the micro pump or cap seals. Decoration is applied by print or label.
