A nail polish bottle is a small, precise dispensing system. The cap doubles as the handle for a brush that reaches the bottom of the vial, and a wiper insert in the neck strips excess lacquer from the brush as it is withdrawn, so the user picks up a clean, controlled amount of polish each time.
The heavy base is functional: nail polish is applied with the bottle standing on a surface, so a wide, weighted base keeps it from tipping while both hands are busy.
Nail polish and lacquer, gel and treatment coats, base and top coats, nail strengtheners and nail-art effects. The format serves salon and retail, private-label cosmetics and sample sizes.
A small flint vial — often square for stability and labeling — with a thick base and a nail-lacquer neck sized for a brush cap and a press-in wiper. The wiper aperture controls brush load and is matched to the lacquer viscosity. Clear glass shows the polish color, which is part of the sell.
Nail lacquers are solvent-based, so cap, brush, wiper and any liner must be solvent-resistant, and filling is done with appropriate handling of the volatile solvent. Fill level is set so the brush reaches the polish as the bottle empties. Clean necks ensure the cap seals and the polish does not dry around the thread.
The vial is press-and-blow or NNPB formed with the heavy base built in. The brush-cap and wiper are separate engineered components matched to the neck. Neck-finish accuracy is checked so the cap seals and the wiper seats correctly.
