A nail polish bottle is a small, precise dispensing system. The cap doubles as the handle for a brush that reaches the bottom of the vial, and a wiper insert in the neck strips excess lacquer as the brush is withdrawn, so the user picks up a clean, controlled amount each time.
The heavy base is functional: polish is applied with the bottle standing on a table, so a wide, weighted base keeps it from tipping while both hands are busy.
These vials hold nail polish and lacquer, gel and treatment coats, base and top coats, nail strengtheners, nail-art effects and cuticle oils. They serve salon and retail brands, private-label cosmetics and sample or mini sizes for gift sets and advent calendars. Square bodies are popular for stability and clean labeling, while round versions give a softer, classic profile on a nail-color display.
A small flint vial — often square — has a thick base and a 13 mm or 15 mm nail-lacquer neck sized for a brush cap and a press-in wiper. The wiper aperture controls brush load and is matched to the lacquer viscosity. Brushes are available in standard and wide flat shapes. Clear glass shows the polish color, which is a large part of the sell on a nail wall.
Nail lacquers are solvent-based, so the cap, brush, wiper and liner must all be solvent-resistant, and filling must handle the volatile solvent appropriately. Fill level is set so the brush still reaches the polish as the bottle empties. Clean necks help the cap seal and stop polish drying around the thread. The vial is press-and-blow or NNPB formed with the heavy base built into the mold. The brush cap and wiper are separate engineered components matched to the neck, and neck-finish accuracy is checked so the cap seals and the wiper seats correctly. We can supply custom cap colors and finishes, screen-printed or labeled bottles, and color-matched base stickers, with brush caps and wipers fitted before shipping.
