Premium still and sparkling water, restaurant and hotel table service, spa and wellness settings, infused waters, cold brew and tea. Many are used in returnable or refill formats, where the carafe is washed and reused rather than discarded.
A simple cylindrical or softly tapered body in clear flint glass, finished for a swing-top, cork or screw closure. The round section keeps glass distribution even and the bottle robust for repeated handling. Decoration is kept minimal — often just an embossed mark or a small label — in keeping with the aesthetic.
Still water is undemanding to fill; sparkling water needs a pressure-capable closure (swing-top) and counter-pressure filling. Returnable carafes should be inspected for rim and body damage each wash cycle, as with any reused glass.
Formed by blow-and-blow or NNPB; the clean body and finish are defined in the molds. Annealed and surface-coated, then finish-gauged for the swing-top, cork or screw closure.
