A figural lip-shaped or novelty body with a slim screw neck for an applicator cap and a press-in wiper. The custom shape is defined in a dedicated mold; spraying (pinks and reds), tinting and screen print complete the look. The wiper meters the doe-foot or wand load.
Filled cold; fill level is set so the applicator reaches the product as the tube empties. Confirm applicator, wiper and liner compatibility with the gloss or oil formula. Figural shapes can have thin or protruding features, so handling and packing protect them.
Formed by blow-and-blow in a custom mold for the lip/novelty shape, with attention to glass distribution in thin areas. The applicator cap and wiper are separate components matched to the neck. Decoration is applied after forming, and the neck is gauged so the cap seals and the wiper seats.
