Overview
In fine fragrance the cap is part of the experience, and a magnetic overcap turns closing the bottle into a small ritual. Instead of a friction fit that can loosen or bind, embedded magnets draw the cap into alignment and snap it onto the spray collar with a clean click, holding it securely yet releasing easily.
Because it self-aligns, a magnetic cap can be heavy and richly finished without becoming awkward to put on. That combination of weight, finish and feel is why magnetic caps are a signature of prestige and niche perfume.

Design & Construction
The overcap body is die-cast in Zamak, made from coated metal, or molded in ABS or Surlyn, with magnets embedded to locate and hold it on an FEA 15 spray collar. The cap protects the actuator and completes the design, while the crimped pump seals the fragrance. Finishes include metallized, lacquered, soft-touch and brushed surfaces, with hot stamping, engraving and inlays for branding.
Filling, Sealing & Use
Fit the cap after the pump is crimped and the collar is in place. Magnet strength and position are set for a confident snap without making the cap hard to remove, so each cap is matched to a specific pump collar and bottle shoulder. Protect decorated surfaces from scuffing on the line and in secondary packing. Send us your bottle and pump — or let us supply all three together — and we’ll fit-check samples.
Manufacturing & Customization
Cap bodies are die-cast or molded, then decorated by metallization, lacquering, hot stamping or engraving, and the magnets are inserted and located. Magnet alignment and hold, finish quality and fit to the pump collar are our key quality checks. We develop custom shapes on new tooling, match colors and finishes to your brand, and supply caps foam-located and clean-packed for presentation.
