Slim glass tubes have become a signature of modern beauty. The tall, narrow silhouette looks elegant in product photography, and moving from plastic to glass instantly lifts the perceived quality of a lip oil, gloss or serum.
Most are dispensing tubes: the cap carries a wand, doe-foot or brush applicator that reaches into the slim body, while a wiper in the neck meters how much product comes out. We supply tube, applicator cap and wiper as a matched set.
These tubes hold lip oils and glosses, liquid lipstick, facial and eye serums, mascara, brow and lash serums, concealer, and highlighter or glow drops. The format serves both color cosmetics and treatment products applied with a wand, and it is a favorite with indie and influencer-led brands that want a premium look in a small, giftable size. Mini 3 ml and 5 ml sizes suit gift sets and sampling.
The slim glass body has a screw neck sized for an applicator cap and a press-in wiper. The wiper aperture is matched to the product and applicator — doe-foot for gloss and concealer, brush for mascara, flocked or silicone tips for serums. Clear or frosted glass shows the product color, and screen printing and hot stamping work well on the narrow surface. Caps come in plastic, metallized or aluminum-shell finishes.
Tubes are filled cold, and fill level is set so the applicator still reaches the product as the tube empties, allowing for applicator displacement when the cap goes on. Applicator, wiper and liner materials should suit the formula, especially oil- or solvent-rich products. Slim glass is more delicate than a squat bottle, so handling and packing protect it. We’ll match wiper aperture to your viscosity and send fitted samples for pickup tests.
The slim tube is narrow-neck formed (blow-and-blow or NNPB) with an even wall over its height as the target. The applicator cap and wiper are separate components matched to the neck, and the finish is gauged so the cap seals and the wiper seats. We offer tinted and gradient spray coating, frosting, screen printing, hot stamping and labels, plus custom applicator heads and cap colors.
