Room and linen sprays are an instant, flame-free way to scent a space or refresh fabrics, and a slim glass bottle with a fine-mist pump gives them a polished presentation. The tall, narrow silhouette looks elegant on a shelf, nightstand or vanity, and a good atomizer delivers an even, quick-drying mist rather than wet droplets.
Glass also sets the product apart from the plastic trigger sprays of mass-market air fresheners.
We supply these bottles for room and air sprays, linen and pillow mists, fabric fresheners, and aromatherapy, yoga and meditation mists. Home-fragrance brands use them to extend a candle or diffuser scent into a spray, and hotels and retailers use them for in-room and in-store ambience. The slim profile also fits neatly into gift boxes alongside candles and diffusers, and the long body gives plenty of room for scent and usage copy.
The round, slender body keeps wall thickness even over its height and leaves a long label panel. The neck takes standard 18-415, 20-410 or 24-410 spray pumps, and we size the dip tube to reach the base so the bottle sprays to the last few milliliters. Pump output is chosen for a fine, even mist. Amber or spray-coated glass adds light protection for sensitive fragrance oils.
Room sprays are usually water- or alcohol-based, and alcohol and some fragrance components can affect certain pump plastics and gaskets. We recommend a short compatibility test with your formula and the chosen pump. Fill at ambient temperature and crimp or screw the pump to a consistent torque. A tall, slim bottle is less stable than a squat one, so set conveyor guides and packing accordingly.
Bottles are blow-and-blow formed with attention to even wall along the slim body, then annealed. We gauge the neck finish so pumps seal and atomize reliably and can supply bottle, pump and overcap as one matched set. Frosting, spray color, screen printing and foil are available. Send us your formula base and target output per spray and we’ll recommend a pump and send samples.
