A square body with flat faces and a narrow neck holding an LDPE reducer/sealing plug, sealed for transit by a screw cap. Square sections need even wall at the corners, managed in tooling. The narrow neck controls reed exposure; frosting, spraying and flint suit different looks.
Diffuser bases of solvent plus fragrance can attack some plastics, so plug, cap and liner are solvent-resistant and the sealing plug must hold for transport. The square corners are the impact-sensitive points. In use, the cap and plug are removed and reeds inserted; advise surface protection against oil marks.
Press-and-blow or blow-and-blow formed with the square section and narrow neck defined in the molds; even wall at the corners is the target. Annealed and coated, with frosting or spraying applied after. The bore is gauged so the reducer plug seals for transit.
