Most diffuser bottles use a narrow neck to limit reed exposure, which suits small rooms. A trapezoidal wide-neck bottle takes the opposite approach for larger spaces: the wider opening holds a fuller bunch of reeds, exposing more surface to evaporate and pushing a stronger fragrance into bigger or busier rooms.
The bold tapered silhouette also makes the bottle a design statement on a console or counter.

Larger capacities suit refill programs and long-lasting diffusers for commercial spaces. The flat front face gives a generous panel for labels or screen printing, and the shape stands out on a crowded shelf.
The bottle has four flat faces that taper from a broad, heavy base to a narrower shoulder, topped with a wider screw neck. The wide base keeps the bottle stable with a full reed bunch, and the taper is managed in tooling so the wall stays even through the slope. A reducer plug and screw cap seal the bottle for shipping.
A wider neck and more reeds give a stronger throw but also faster evaporation, so match the reed count and oil volume to the room size and the life you promise customers. Solvent-plus-fragrance bases can attack some plastics, so we supply solvent-resistant plugs and caps and recommend a leak test with your oil. Advise end users to protect surfaces from drips.
Bottles are formed with the tapered body and neck defined in the mold, annealed, and the bore gauged so the reducer plug seals for transit. Frosting, spray color, screen printing and labels are available, and we can supply reeds, plugs and caps as a kit.
