Figural weapon bottles, such as swords, sabers, pistols and cannons, are a long-standing tradition in souvenir and gift spirits, especially around historical, military and tourist themes. The bottle is the gift: dramatic, collectible and made to be displayed long after it is empty.
Our standard model is a clear sword with a faceted blade and crossguard-shaped shoulders, and we develop other forms on custom molds.
We supply weapon-shaped bottles for gift and souvenir spirits, liqueurs and flavored spirits, tourist and duty-free ranges, collector and themed editions, seasonal releases and corporate gifts. Museums, heritage sites and festivals use them for branded souvenirs, and some customers order them empty as display pieces. The format puts impact and collectability ahead of filling efficiency, and it rewards brands that plan the gift box alongside the bottle.
Because the form is unusual, the neck, finish and base are engineered around the shape. On the sword, the closure sits at the hilt and can be styled as a pommel cap, and a display stand lets a long, narrow bottle stand or lie securely. Decoration ranges from embossing and spray coating to hand-applied detail on the guard and blade.
Spirits fill at ambient temperature; the practical challenges are the shape’s effect on filling, capping, labeling and packing, which need planning up front and often custom change parts. Slim and protruding features need careful line guarding and foam-insert gift packs. Some markets have rules on weapon-themed packaging, so check yours before launch.

Weapon bottles are formed by blow-and-blow in a mold made for the shape; complex forms need careful glass distribution and annealing, since thick and thin sections cool at different rates. Finishes are gauged for the closure.
For custom shapes we take your sketch or 3D file through drawings, a prototype and production tooling, and quote lead times once the design is fixed.
